How often should you feel supported, respected, and admired in a healthy relationship?
You should be happy in your relationship at least at some point every day!
No relationship is perfect and we shouldn’t aspire to that.
But by the time clients come to me after a breakup, it’s almost always glaringly obvious that their relationship did not provide them with daily respect, support, kindness, or love.
It was there *some* of the time (people rarely stay in a 100% bad relationship) but not nearly enough to counterbalance the negatives.
Reflect on your current or past relationships and how the balance of positive to negative falls/fell.
Stop romanticizing relationships that left you feeling bad more often than good!
You deserve better.
